"In October 2024 we began building our new home which we intended to be our “dream home” where hopefully we’ll live for decades to come. In the construction process we had to make many choices of vendors and from vendors materials and equipment. Based on competitive pricing, we ended up buying most of our framing lumber, all windows and doors and trim materials/millworks. Because of the highly custom nature of our home, we met with Ryan with Lang on several occasions to pick all the finishing materials which define a home. We found Ryan to be very informative, responsive and knowledgeable and was quite helpful in providing us with the information and options needed to make informed decisions. The Lang team were timely on deliveries and returns and a pleasure to deal with. They replaced any/all damaged materials (very little) expeditiously without question.
If we had to do it all again, we would look to Lang Building Supplies as our primary vendor for most of our materials and supplies. They made the process easy and convenient."

We chose a builder in St. Simons who we felt could meet the quality of our Tim Adams designed custom home. Fortuitously, our builder relied on Lang Building Supply for a lot of his materials. Having spent years in the design industry in Atlanta and coming from a family with a construction background, I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and wide selection that Lang was able to provide for our project. During our construction project, we had to make some substitutions in certain areas and Ryan was tremendously helpful guiding us through vendors and their products that would work best for our custom home. If we ran into any problems during the build, Ryan was highly responsive and able to quickly resolve our questions and construction decisions.If we were to build again, we would not do a project without Ryan and Lang.
