Refund policy

We take returns on all stocked items as long as they are in good shape, free of damage. Special ordered materials are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Our policy is: "All special ordered items, including all millwork, must be signed off as accurate and complete. Full payment is required from Non-account holders before Lang will order the item(s) from our vendor. Lang is not responsible for any items left on our property for more than 30 days after arrival and Lang is not responsible for any delays caused by our vendors"
